Our caring team of child psychologists and therapists support young people with a wide range of challenges. As young people grow and develop, their needs change and that’s why we take a sensitive, developmentally informed approach and provide support that meets your child where they are.

We also believe children thrive when the important people in their world work together. Working closely with families, schools, medical professionals, and others who play a key role in your child’s life, we create consistency in understanding and support.

Positive relationships with partners, friends, and family are vital for wellbeing, but they can sometimes become strained. Using evidence-based support we help uncover unhelpful patterns of thinking, behaviour, or communication, and guide positive and meaningful change.
Our couples therapy is informed by the Gottman Method, focusing on friendship, conflict management, and creating shared meaning. Common issues addressed include frequent conflict, poor communication, emotional distance, sexual difficulties, infidelity, money disagreements, and parenting challenges.
04.
We take a holistic approach, working closely with individuals and their families throughout the process.
Our diagnostic assessments are accepted by NDIS and schools to access additional support for learning or therapy needs.
The assessment process includes pre-screening, a comprehensive clinical interview, testing sessions where needed, a feedback session, and a written report with practical recommendations.

We offer:

Play therapy harnesses children’s natural creativity to help them express, explore, and resolve thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment. It is an evidence-based, developmentally appropriate approach that allows children to practice skills, regulate emotions, and build insight. Play therapy could be the most effective approach for your child.

Our play therapists are highly trained with extensive play therapy training, and ongoing professional development.
